Specific terms and conditions will be developed for each application. This document serves as a model of the general types of conditions that will be put in place.
“You” and “your” refer to the charity or organisation receiving the grant, including employees and those acting for the Charity.
“We” and “our” means The BNA Charitable Incorporated Organisation.
The “application” means the project that you apply for as set out when you register an account and start a new application, this includes any supporting documents.
By applying and accepting a funding grant you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
1.1 You will only use the grant for the purpose which you set out in your application form.
1.2 During the continuation of this grant agreement you will act in a fair and open manner without distinction as to race, religion, age or disability, and in compliance with relevant legislation.
1.3 You will make sure that all current members of your governing body or your executive team, and all future members appointed during the period of the grant receive a copy of these terms and conditions.
2.1 You will inform us if the project details of your application change and obtain a written agreement from us to continue your application. Please email phillipa@bnacharity.com
2.2 You will not use the grant to pay for any spending commitments before the date your funding is granted.
3.1 Successful applications will receive a cheque for the amount agreed upon in our quarterly review. This cheque must be processed within 14 days of receiving it.
3.2 You will need to acknowledge your receipt of the cheque within 7 days.
4.4 If the grant is used for anything other than the purpose set out in the application we can demand full repayment of the grant, none compliance will result in court action.
You certify that the information given in the application form and any supporting documents is true and confirm that the enclosures are current, accurate and adopted or approved by your organisation.
Additional conditions may be added that are specific to your grant. We will send you the specific terms and conditions applying to your grant with your funding offer.
